What Delivery Methods Are Available?
Ezysoko will manage the delivery of products to its customers. The delivery fee will be charged to the customer before or after delivery depending on the payment method.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Depending on the size and location chosen for delivery, it might take between one (1) to two(2) days.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept cash on delivery and mobile money with all major mobile money operators.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Buying On-Line using Ezysoko is safe as we verify all of our vendors and products before they get delivered to the customer. We have strict policies in place for vendors selling on our platform and how we handle deliveries.
Order & Retunrs
How do I place an Order?
To place an order, visit our website and search for a product you would like to purchase. You can view the product for more details and add it to cart. Once your item is on the cart (top-right corner) you can click checkout, fill in the details and place an order.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Once the order has been placed, you can request for cancellation within 60 minutes.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order without having an account. You will have to fill in the shipping details and your contact information so that we can deliver your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once you place an order, an email will be sent to you with a unique order number. You will be able to use this number to track your order using out track your order feature on the top right.
How Can I Return a Product?
You will have a window to return goods purchased (if they are damaged) within 72 hours from the day of delivery.
